I don't have time to exercise.We are running out of time. Loads of work has been piled up but we are unable to execute them. Who is to blame for that? Definitely none but ourselves. Each and every creature has the same amount of time in the planet. So if others are able to complete the job and then have fun in allotted twenty four hours, why not we. Well the answer lies in unorganized schedule and lack of discipline.

You can go for cycling, swimming, skipping or simple running for just twenty minutes per day. 3 Stretching up the muscles is very effective and time saving activity you can perform any time of the day at whatever. Of course the level will depend on which location you are in. 4 When you are too stressed and want to do some distressing exercise you can chose to perform some relaxation techniques. This will take off much burden.
