Why do most diet fail? The Negative Calorie diet works on the concept that certain negative calorie foods contains vitamins and minerals which can speed up enzyme production in quantities sufficient to break down not only its own calories. It's because they target the wrong problem. Diets focus on treating a symptom weight gain rather than providing what your body needs to naturally maintain its weight. You lose weight temporarily only
to gain it back again later.
Permanent eating habits:
Permanent changes in eating habits and exercises required for a sustained loss weight. The problem is we don't eat the right food which brings up the levels of neurotransmitters to the point where we don't end up overeating. Most people trying to lose weight go on some type of diet program which they often do not stay with a diet because the stress they experience tries to stay on the diet is too much for them to handle. The body gets most of the nutrients the manufacturing cells need to keep the opiod (neurotransmitter) levels normal in foods such as milk, cheese and other dairy products we often eliminate these types of food when we diet, so we can lose weight, we are also eliminating the foods of our bodies must have to keep the stress cycle from starting. Most diets don't encourage lifestyle changes.
Why diet fails:
Because of the generally dismal success rates when it comes to dieting, some people have even concluded across the board that Diets don't work. Another reason why diets fail is because; many diet plans are designed to work for all of us. I feel that is a problem. We are all made different;so we have different tastes and situations,
* Diet deprives us: many diets involve eliminating certain foods or even whole food groups. This is not only unhealthy but also unrealistic for the long term.
* Diets are temporary: Once they have reached their goal, mostly the people go back to "normal" eating, so the weight comes back.
* Diets can be expensive: The special foods can rack up a big bill quickly.
