Why is it so hard for me to lose weight?

Much as I would like to lose the burden of my weight and the burdening consciousness of carrying so much weight around, I find it more and more difficult getting into the actual routine of losing weight. What is it that prevents me from giving away what I do not like? I tried exploring the reasons for these problems and within them, the solutions that could give a leaner, trimmer and slimmer me.

Every product screams at you claiming to be the best of the lot. Add to that, prices for these vary greatly. All of them seem to help burn not just fats but pockets as well. Which one is the Right One is the best question I ask myself time and again.

As many people that I have ventured to ask about weight loss methods or programs, as many suggestions and ideas have I got from them.
